Use of Categories

As this wiki grows bigger and bigger it will get more difficult to find the information we are searching for. Therefore we have to get order into the articles we contribute and the best is to do this from the very start.

The method implemented here is the use of categories that can be assigned to each page.

When you are done creating a page, you sit back and contemplate what are the keywords and subject matters under which you want your page to be found.

Then you add

 [[Category:My first Category]]
 [[Category:A second Category]]
 etc...

at least one category. This way your page can be found from the list of categories in the system as displayed when you click Special:Categories in the left sidebar.

Error can happen but intentional mis-categorization is a big NO-NO.
